I am not a big fan of diets  and I don’t love the idea of anyone being on one!   Enjoy your food - celebrate and connect food with the people you love.   I do believe that food is a a powerful tool for maximizing your health and eating foods that nutritionally benefit you.

 

It is a great pleasure to support and inspire people to achieve their individual goals.  I am honoured and grateful to share this journey with my clients.  Building strategies that help guide individuals to achieve goals is where I come in.   My aim is to inspire you to get in the kitchen, try new recipes and adapt old ones to support your health needs.  Holistic Nutrition looks at your overall health picture so that we can consider lifestyle and experience make changes that are individually appropriate and very doable.

My passion is to connect, educate and inspire people around me.  Generating confidence and finding happiness is my end goal.

 

You can find me either in my kitchen developing and adapting recipes, training for another half-marathon/marathon or riding my much loved bike getting ready for my next fondo.  I am a Ride Leader and NCCP Level 1 Coach for WOWride Cycling Club, an incredible club for women cyclists whose specialty is uniting and inspiring women to ride safely outside on road bikes.  

 

Graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition with Merit was a huge endeavour and required intense commitment; especially while wrestling the schedule and temperaments of three lively teenagers and taking care and time to honour my wonderful relationship with my husband.  I am truly grateful for all I have in my life and want to share this love of life with you!
