Cooking classes designed for 4-8 people in my kitchen  Topics include: Knife Skills, Let’s Make Dinner designed for Kids/Teens, Fermenting Foods, Superfoods, Adapting Favourite Recipes and Batch Cooking for Busy People.  This is where we put those strategies to the test.  It is one thing to talk about changing our food habits - this is where we make it happen!

These classes are fun, informational and best of all we eat together, laugh together and make changes.  Includes recipes supporting information and takeaway skills.

Let's take a full in depth look at you.  Based on the principles of balancing your body's systems.  Your personal nutrition strategy is developed after considering your nutritional symptomatology, current diet and lifestyle habits, symptoms and your current goals.  One month package includes:

1 hour initial consultation to get to know each other to determine goals and challenges, review of client intake questionnaire and five day food diary. 

Customized recipes to support your personalized plan and lifestyle.

Appropriate supplements and therapeutic food recommendations.

3 Day Ideal Menu or Meal Ideas - you choose what is best for you.

Nutritional Approach - a one page cheat sheet that includes all recommendations prepared for quick reference.

Documentation to support any of the goals that are relevant to you.

Learn to Ride - Skills and Drills - Build Confidence and HAVE FUN!

Small group training for new cyclists who wish to build their skills, boost confidence and have fun in a safe supported setting.  You can book a six week course consisting of 1.5 hour coaching sessions (once a week).  Each clinic will cover basic road cycling skills including: safety checks, nutrition for fuelling and recovery, bike fit, clipping in, communication (hand signals), bike etiquette, bike handling skills, braking, climbing and descending, flat repair, route guidance and much more.  End goal is to be comfortable riding on the road and riding in a group. Cost per rider $225. Courses run in May, June and July.

One to One Coaching Individual coaching specific to your current needs. $80 for one hour session (plus GST). $25 for each additional person.

Riders must purchase Provincial RIDE BC Cycling insurance.
